Warranty Information

At Simplex , we are proud of our products and confident of their quality. The warranty we provide with every Simplex product is straightforward:

"Every Simplex cutting machine is covered by a full one year warranty on parts and labor. The only exclusions are wearable parts (eg blades and sharpening stones), and machines used under conditions for which they were not designed."

Simplex maintains its own Service Department to provide our customers with the finest Parts and Repairs. In the unlikely event that you need parts or service, call us first. You can count on us to:

Work up a Free Estimate on the anticipated repairs.
Professionally repair your unit in our in-house repair facility.
Provide you with a 100% warranty for 90 days on any repairs we do.
Ship any standard replacement part within 24 hours via UPS.
Inform you of estimated delivery date for custom fabricated parts.

Other Services

Simplex can provide services when your manufacturing team is under staffed. Working from your engineering documents or a sketch on a note pad, we can solve your manufacturing problem at a very competitive price with a satisfied customer our ultimate goal. We encourage inquiries and the chance to quote on this type of service. Typical services include but are not limited to:
